If the adhesive on the decoration is allowed to cure for at least 24 hours, it can withstand both weather and wind, as long as the underlying surface can do the same. If you apply the decoration to porcelain, glass, or plastic that you want to wash in a dishwasher, that should also work well. Just make sure the surface is thoroughly clean and dry and wait to expose the decoration to moisture until at least 24 hours have passed.
Avoid placing stickers on thin wallpaper and sensitive surfaces. The decoration should be removable without leaving adhesive residue on the surface, but the surface may be discolored by the adhesive, and sunlight, etc., can cause marks on various surfaces.
