You will receive this small kawaii set with eyes and an open mouth delivered on a sheet with an application film attached to the front of the design. The kawaii decal is cut from fine, matte, black vinyl. The sticker adheres permanently to all smooth surfaces. Make sure the surface you are applying it to is clean and dry. The decal is suitable for outdoor use and for dishwashing if applicable.
