NOTE: If you intend to mount the menu board on the refrigerator or freezer door, be extra careful to check that the surface is suitable for sticking something on. You can test with a regular piece of tape. Some stainless steel refrigerators have a surface layer that is easily damaged and not suitable for decals. If the door is curved, the menu board should be mounted from one long side – not from the top, as it will then be more difficult to get the vinyl smooth without air bubbles forming behind the continuous surfaces in the decal.
