The pennants are delivered in a set of two garlands. An application tape is attached to the front of the motif to facilitate installation. Use scissors to divide the sheet if you want to place the garlands in different locations. Avoid mounting them on delicate surfaces. The decal adheres with strong adhesion to all smooth surfaces.
