It's important to know the measurements of the Duktig play kitchen! There are many fun toys that a little chef needs to have close at hand in the kitchen – pots, utensils, and, of course, everything that needs to be cooked! The kitchen itself offers space for some of these items, but it can easily get messy with all the small bits. With jars, baskets, and boxes, in and under the kitchen, you increase the chances of better organization. Here is a summary of all the measurements you need when choosing storage for the kitchen.

The measurements above are maximum dimensions for a drawer, basket, or similar item that needs to fit into the specified space. Magnetic catches for the doors and the fact that the doors take up space are included in the calculations. The height of an object in the right lower cabinet is affected, for example, by the sink extending further down compared to the trim at the front of the cabinet. If you have modified the kitchen and assembled doors or cabinets differently, the measurements will, of course, be affected.
The space under the kitchen
The space under the kitchen is easy for your mini-chef to access, and it's perfect for placing a drawer or two. The height of the space is affected by whether you use the Duktig kitchen with or without the "feet" that come with the kitchen. You get the most space with the feet in the highest position. The countertop will then be just over 58 cm, and the space underneath will be 19 cm.

If you have an older model of the Duktig kitchen with a detachable top section (the shelf with the microwave was sold separately for a few years), the leg lengths, in particular, may differ from what is stated in the table. The space under an older kitchen can be as small as 80 mm.
