Ordering

Once you have completed your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address with details about products, price, and billing and delivery addresses. Please check that everything is correct – if something is wrong, please contact linda@kulform.se as soon as possible.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT. We reserve the right for any price changes and typographical errors.

Shipping

Free shipping always applies within Sweden, regardless of order amount. Free shipping also applies to international orders for products that can be sent as letters – for example, stickers, signs, labels, window decals, and tattoos. For larger or heavier items, a shipping fee will be added, which is shown at checkout once the delivery address has been specified.

Payment

You can easily pay via Klarna (card, invoice, or partial payment) or PayPal. No extra fees apply. Companies wishing for e-invoicing via Peppol are welcome to contact linda@kulform.se.

Delivery

Your order is normally processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday and before Christmas, it may take an additional day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

For products with personal customization or that are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 2 weeks – this will be stated on the product page.

We ship with PostNord or DHL depending on the size of the consignment. Packages are notified via SMS and delivered to the nearest pick-up point. Letters are delivered directly to your mailbox.

Uncollected packages: Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge SEK 180 for return shipping and handling.

Right of withdrawal & returns

You have a 30-day right of open purchase from the date you received your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personally customized products.

How to proceed: Send an email to linda@kulform.se with your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to. We will get back to you with instructions.

As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping and ensuring that the products are returned in their original condition and well-packaged. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase, normally within a few business days after we have received and approved the return.

Complaints

If something is wrong or damaged when your order arrives, we want to know about it as soon as possible. Contact us at linda@kulform.se with your order number and a description of the defect – please attach a picture. We will resolve it together.

Please note that defects on self-adhesive decals cannot be claimed after they have been mounted. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).

Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR to handle your order. Your data is shared with payment providers (Klarna, PayPal) and shipping companies (DHL, PostNord) to the extent required. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. Read more in our privacy policy.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se) or the EU's platform for online dispute resolution (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Swedish law applies.
