Orders Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address with details of the products, price, and billing and delivery address. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately at linda@kulform.se.

Prices Prices are displayed in your local currency, inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final price is always confirmed at checkout before you complete your order. We reserve the right to adjust prices as needed.

Shipping Free shipping always applies within Sweden. Free shipping also applies to shipments that can be sent as letters to the rest of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once a delivery address has been entered.

Payment We accept payment via Klarna (card, invoice and installments) and PayPal. No additional fees apply. Companies wishing to pay by e-invoice (Peppol) are welcome to contact linda@kulform.se.

Delivery Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched no earlier than the following Monday. Products with personalised customisations or that are out of stock may have a delivery time of up to 2 weeks.

Uncollected parcels Parcels that are not collected will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping and handling costs, currently SEK 180.

Right of withdrawal You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. Kulform generally offers an extended right of withdrawal of up to 30 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products. Please contact us at linda@kulform.se with your name, address, order number and the items you wish to return.

Complaints Please contact us at linda@kulform.se in the event of a fault or damage. Include your order number and attach a photo if possible. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).

Personal data We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR to handle your order. We share data with payment providers (Klarna, PayPal) and shipping companies (DHL, PostNord) to the extent required. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Contact linda@kulform.se for any questions regarding personal data.

Disputes In the event of a dispute, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Swedish law applies.
