Shipping and delivery

Free shipping applies regardless of order amount for all deliveries within Sweden.

Free international shipping applies to stickers, signs, labels, window decorations, tape, temporary tattoos, and much more. Exceptions are larger/heavier items that must be sent as parcels. If any item in your cart incurs a shipping fee, the amount will be displayed in the checkout summary before you complete your purchase. Please note that the delivery address must be filled in for the shipping fee to be calculated.

Delivery time

Your order is normally processed within 1–2 business days. During certain periods, such as "Black Week" and before Christmas, when many orders need to be handled, order processing may take an additional day.

For some products with personal customizations, the delivery time may be slightly longer — this will be stated in the product description.

Delivery method

Your order is shipped with Postnord or DHL depending on the size of the shipment. Within Sweden, delivery takes 1–2 days after the order has been processed.

Packages sent with DHL are delivered to the nearest service point. You will receive an SMS notification when the package is ready for pick-up.

Letters are sent via A-post and delivered directly to your mailbox. If the delivery is bulky and does not fit in the mailbox, it will be taken to the nearest Postnord pick-up point and a notification will be sent by mail — this will result in a 1–2 day delay. Keep an eye out for a parcel notification in your mailbox if you haven't received your delivery as expected.
