100% satisfied — or your money back We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

30-day returns You always have 30 days to return your order from the date you receive it. If you change your mind or aren't happy for any reason, just get in touch and we'll sort it out together.

Problem with a product or delivery? If something isn't right — wrong item, damage in transit, or anything else — please let us know as soon as possible. Get in touch and we'll make sure you get the help you need, whatever has happened.

How it works Send an email to linda@kulform.se and tell us what's happened. Include your order number and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Together we'll agree on the best way forward — refund, replacement, or whatever suits you best.

Refunds Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within a couple of business days after we've agreed on the return.
