Shipping policy

Free shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. For international orders, free shipping applies to smaller products such as stickers, signs, labels, window decorations, tape and temporary tattoos. Larger or heavier items may incur a shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing Your order is normally processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods such as Black Friday and the Christmas season, processing may take an extra day or two. Products with personalised customisations may have longer lead times — this will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Delivery Your order is shipped with PostNord or DHL depending on the size of the shipment. Within Sweden, delivery takes 1–2 days after your order has been processed. DHL parcels are delivered to your nearest service point and you'll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection. Letters are sent by first class post and delivered directly to your letterbox.
